晶界在氢扩散和捕集中的作用

Abstract该文运用了氢渗透技术和热放氢分析技术研究了固溶18Ni马氏体时效钢的晶界在氢的输运过程中的作用。实验结果表明,晶界作为一可逆陷阱,其放氢峰温度为405K(4K/min,0.55mm)。势垒为14218Kj/mol,它造成了453K以下,氢的表观扩散系数减小,即扩散激活能变大,晶界捕集氢仅在低温范围(453K以下),在较高的温度时,其就不再是氢的陷阱了。晶界捕集氢的性质主要是晶界中“杂质”与氢的弹性交互作用。(本刊录)
