Abstract热塑性试验和可调拘束试验研究表明,LD[*V2*]合金比6061合金有较大的液化裂纹敏感性,结果同生产实际一致。俄歇、电子探针和扫描电镜能谱分析发现,LD[*V2*]合金含有较多的高Si相和富SiNgCm相等颗粒状第二相。在焊接快速加热过程,这些相发生“组分液化”,降低了合金的液化温度和晶界液膜凝固温度,增大了液化裂纹倾向。6061合金含有的颗粒相都富Fe,共晶温度较高,使合金液化和晶界液膜凝固温度显著高于LD[*V2*]合金,降低了液化裂纹敏感性。(本刊录)
