| Abstract | 热塑性试验和可调拘束试验研究表明，ＬＤ[*V2*]合金比６０６１合金有较大的液化裂纹敏感性，结果同生产实际一致。俄歇、电子探针和扫描电镜能谱分析发现，ＬＤ[*V2*]合金含有较多的高Ｓｉ相和富ＳｉＮｇＣｍ相等颗粒状第二相。在焊接快速加热过程，这些相发生“组分液化”，降低了合金的液化温度和晶界液膜凝固温度，增大了液化裂纹倾向。６０６１合金含有的颗粒相都富Ｆｅ，共晶温度较高，使合金液化和晶界液膜凝固温度显著高于ＬＤ[*V2*]合金，降低了液化裂纹敏感性。（本刊录） |
