高压下纳米SiC的结构稳定性研究

Abstract利用金刚石顶砧技术及能散X射线衍射方法,研究了高压颗粒尺寸为30nm的3C-SiC。纳米3C-SiC在44.3GPa压力范围内保持稳定,并给出其晶体结构参数与对应的粗晶SiC高压下结果的比较。
