新型纳米晶锆基合金的结构表征与储氢特性

Abstract采用XRD、SEM-EDX、TEM-SAED和电化学测试装置等手段,系统研究了常规晶体和纳米晶锆基储氢合金的显微组织、晶体结构和储氢特性.常规铸态多晶体合金是由C15-和C14-Laves相及非Laves相组成,其储氢量是1.45-1.65wt.℅(2MPa,30℃).利用非晶晶化方法制备的纳米晶锆基合金,是由几个纳米至几十个纳米尺度的晶粒和浓度很高的界面相组成的特殊结构,储氢量是1.76-1.89wt.℅(2MPa,25℃),电化学性能好(放氢量﹥380mAh/g和循环寿命﹥1000次).
