镀双层金属碳纤维的研究

Abstract为了克服短碳纤维/铜复合材料在高温处理后的异常膨胀,在碳纤维表面上先镀铜,后镀铁、镍、铬、钛等金属镀层以形成双金属镀层(duplexcoating)在氩气保护下对镀层的碳纤维进行了不同温度下的热处理,并进行了力学性能测试、X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜观察。结果表明:镀铜-铁碳纤维在温度高于600℃,镀铜-钛碳纤维在温度高于700℃的热处理后强度降低,而镀铜-铬,镀铜-镍碳纤维在800℃热处理后强度仍保持不变。除镀铜-钛碳纤维在800℃热处理后镀层发生球化缩聚现象外,其他双金属镀层则无球化现象。(本刊录)
