K417铸造镍基高温合金热机械疲劳行为的研究

Abstract研究K417合金在400℃ ̄850℃同相(IP)和反相(OP)的热机械疲劳(TMF)行为,并且与850℃等温疲劳(IF)性能进行了比较。结果发现:K417合金IF和TMF都具有循环硬化特征, IF的循环硬化能力比TMF的要高。与等温疲劳寿命相比较,在相同机械应变幅下,TMF的寿命降低,而且同相(IP)的寿命比反相(OP)的寿命更低。
