| Abstract | 纳米硫代钼酸镍在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/异戊醇/环己烷/水的微乳液体系中合成,其平均粒度达到15nm.用自然沉降法考察纳米颗粒在油品中的分散稳定性;用四球机评价其作为润滑油添加剂的极压抗磨性能;用销-盘式高温试验机研究其从室温到高温的摩擦学性能;用XRD分析硫代钼酸镍在热环境中的摩擦分解产物.实验结果表明,纳米硫代钼酸镍颗粒作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的分散稳定性和抗磨性,可以实现从室温的流体润滑形式平稳过渡到高温时的固体润滑形式,满足宽温度范围减摩的需要. |
