| Abstract | 采用平面波赝势方法和扰动近似计算对所有可能的具有闪锌矿和纤锌矿结构的二元Ⅲ-Ⅴ与Ⅳ族半导体材料的原子结构、力学、电子与声子振动性质进行了系统研究.计算结果与已知材料的有关实验结果高精度符合,并对潜在新材料的性质进行了预测. |
