Abstract本文提供了一种含砷难浸浮选金精粉的湿法冶金新工艺,它包括超细磨、强化搅拌碱浸、氰化和锌粉置换.采用这一新工艺处理产于我国陕西汉中的某含砷难浸金精粉,在-30.53μm磨矿细度、40﹪wt矿浆浓度、环境温度24℃的条件下,预处理6h,As氧化率90.5﹪,S氧化率27.2﹪,金的浸出率从预处理前的57.6﹪提高到95﹪,金的锌粉置换率99.1﹪.结果表明,这一新技术可以高效回收含砷难浸浮选金精粉中的金,工艺简单,流程短,投资小,环境友好.目前,采用本工艺技术处理目的浮选金精矿的10t/d提金厂正在建设中.
