AbstractTi-Mo合金是一种重要的钛系储氢合金,利用中子衍射方法可以准确地确定氢(氘、氚)的占位情况,用Rietveld法粉末衍射结构精修程序FULLPROF拟合充氘后的衍射图谱,研究了Ti-30Mo吸氘后的晶体结构.
