浇注工艺对高钨铸造镍基合金组织和性能的影响

Abstract研究了浇注工艺参对ЖC-6y镍基合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明:微观组织形态和碳化物的分布是影响合金性能的主要因素.浇注温度在1410~1430℃范围内且模壳温度在900~980℃时,该合金获得最佳性能匹配;浇注温度为1600℃时,可获得较好的合金组织形态和碳化物分布.
