纳米材料浓缩浆对丙烯酸酯涂层紫外屏蔽性能的影响<'1>

Abstract按一定工艺预制纳米材料浓缩浆,然后用纳米材料浓缩浆制备了纳米抗紫外复合涂料,采用紫外光谱对涂层的紫外屏蔽性能进行了研究.纳米TiO<,2>、ZnO、ZrO<,2>浓缩浆在丙烯酸酯涂料中加入2.75wt﹪时,在相应干膜厚度75μm时就能屏蔽96﹪以上的紫外线.TEM结果表明,纳米浓缩浆在涂层中分散良好.
