镁合金磷酸盐化学转化膜的结构及其耐蚀性研究

Abstract利用化学转化法在压铸AZ91D镁合金表面获得了磷酸盐化学转化膜.用电化学方法研究了转化膜在3.5﹪ NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,转化膜阳极极化曲线呈现明显的钝化特征,合金耐腐蚀能力大幅提高.EIS测试表明,经过磷酸盐化学转化处理,高频容抗弧明显增大,传递电阻大幅提高,耐腐蚀性能增强.转化膜具有网状结构.EDAX分析表明,转化膜主要成分为Mn、P、O,可能为Mn<,3>(PO<,4>)<,2>.
