| Abstract | 具有钙钛矿结构的金属氧化物多层膜比单层膜具有更良好的电学或光学性能,实际应用价值更大.在SrTiO<,3>(STO)基体的(001)晶面上,用由计算机控制的激光分子束外延方法生长了SrIn<,0.1>Ti<,0.9>O<,3>/SrNb<,0.2>Ti<,0.8>O<,3>(SITO/SNTO)双层氧化物薄膜.横截面电镜样品是用常规方法制备的.采用JEM 2010高分辨电子显微镜对样品进行微结构的研究,工作电压为200kV,点分辨率为0.194nm. |
