Abstract  本文主要分析了LF6合金流动旋压筒坯各种裂纹的产生原因.针对LF6合金筒形件室温下反旋成形时出现过几种不同类型的开裂现象,结合理论分析结果,对各种裂纹的产生原因给出详细的解释.结果表明:减薄率过大容易导致筒坯极限开裂并且裂纹方向通常与轴线呈45°角;减薄率过小导致筒内壁产生环向裂纹;隆起过大容易导致零件失稳开裂;旋轮圆角半径过大容易引起筒壁上产生纵向裂纹.这有助于我们进一步认识流动旋压产品裂纹的产生机理,对于优化工艺参数具有指导意义.
