Abstract本文采用粉末冶金真空液相烧结方法制备了Ti(C,N)/NiCrMoAlTi金属陶瓷,研究了Mo及TiN含量对金属陶瓷微观结构与力学性能的影响,实验结果表明在Mo含量为4%、TiN含量为6%时制备出的Ti(C,N)/NiCrMoAlTi金属陶瓷具有最佳力学性能,其硬度为HRC62~63,抗弯强度为1700~1750MPa;对制备出的性能优异的Ti(C,N)/NiCrMoAlTi金属陶瓷采用烧结连接的方法实现了其与不锈钢的连接,并成功将其应用在塑料切粒刀上.
