Abstract本文采用Ti-Al多层扩散偶分析了520℃~650℃温度范围内的Ti/Al固态反应扩散.对Ti/Al结合界面进行了扫描电镜、能谱分析、电子探针和X射线衍射分析.结果表明:在Al的熔点以下时,TiAl3是唯一的Ti/Al界面反应产物,得到了Ti/Al固态反应扩散的动力学规律,分析了Ti/Al界面反应的热力学,解释了TiAl3相为唯一界面反应产物的原因.
