AbstractTiAl挤压过程中模具的预热不仅可以提高变形金属流动的均匀性以及挤压件微观组织的均一性,还可以降低加工过程中的热应力以及热疲劳倾向,减小变形抗力及模具的负荷,提高模具的寿命.本文通过有限元分析,对炽热的石墨棒预热模具的整个过程进行数值模拟,不仅确定了每根石墨棒的预热时间,所需石墨棒的数目,以及模具的最终温度场分布,同时还优化了模具的预热工艺:用5根石墨棒分别预热模具876s,672s,600s,576s,560s,既实现了最高效地将模具预热到260℃,又能保证模具均匀热透和模具表面的无过热现象,对整个TiAl包套挤压工艺具有一定的指导意义.
