钛基氢化物薄膜中4He的热释放

Abstract本文研究了经过氦离子注入处理的四种氢化物膜材在真空退火时的氦释放特性.ERDA分析表明:在低于250℃退火时,四种材料中4He的扩散与释放不明显;400℃退火后,四种材料中的4He都有不同程度的释放,TiMo合金膜He的释放量最多,He的相对存留量为16%,TiZrM氢化物膜He释放量最少,He的相对存留量为50%.550℃退火后,仅TiZrM合金膜仍有40%左右的He存留,其余三种膜材He的存留量为10%左右.参考多普勒展宽(Dopplerbroadening)S参数的变化,得出400℃退火时,TiZrM合金膜的放氦主要为He-空位复合体的分解,其余合金膜的放氦方式为晶格间4He的释放;550℃退火时,四种材料中4He的释放主要是He-空位复合体的分解.
