| Abstract | 本文用正电子符合多普勒展宽技术研究了AA5754合金(Al-3.0％Mg合金)中的微观缺陷,通过实验及分析得到,淬火后有空位-Mg原子复合体形成,360℃淬火的样品有Mg的偏析,并形成Mg的团簇,由于Mg原子对正电子的吸引能力比Al原子对正电子的吸引能力要更强一些,所以正电子会被束缚在Mg原子组成的团簇中. |
