Abstract将经过93%大压下量冷轧的FeCo-2V合金在有序-无序转变点以下退火可以获得尺寸为100nm~4μm的超细晶粒.对材料再结晶过程和晶粒长大动力学进行了分析,表明大压下量使材料再结晶温度降低,有序降低了材料的晶粒长大速率.对具有超细晶粒的合金力学性能进行了测试,发现材料表现出明显的吕德斯延伸和高的加工硬化因子,最高屈服强度高达1560MPa,远远超过材料冷加工态屈服强度.材料屈服强度与晶粒尺寸之间符合Hall-Petch关系式,材料可以获得比冷加工态更高的屈服强度是由于发生了有序强化.
