爆炸喷涂纳米结构WC-Co涂层的制备及滑动磨损研究

Abstract采用爆炸喷涂技术制备纳米结构WG-12Co涂层,研究了工艺条件对涂层的相结构、显微硬度以及滑动磨损行为的影响.结果表明:通过控制原料粉末粒子的尺寸分布,氧气/燃气流量比,喷涂距离等条件,可以得到微观结构均匀、致密,相纯度高,显微硬度分布均匀,耐磨性好的纳米结构WC-12Co爆炸喷涂层.涂层的耐磨性与微观结构有密切关系.微犁削是涂层磨损的主要机制.
