Abstract本文介绍了一种抗热腐蚀镍基铸造高温合金K452的特点和关键性能。通过相计算对成分控制,并与热处理工艺配合,合金高温时效过程中不形成有害TCP相,保证合金的优异力学性能。K452合金拉伸强度和热疲劳性能与ЧС104-ВИ合金相当,拉伸塑性和持久性能超过ЧС104-ВИ合金.合金氧化性能在温度低于900℃时属于完全抗氧化级.在高温和中温热腐蚀环境下,合金的抗热腐蚀性能都优于K640和K438合金.
