Abstract应用自主研发的液态金属冷却(LMC)定向凝固设备对镍基高温合金进行大尺寸铸件的定向铸造试验,并对其微观组织进行了较为详尽的观察和分析。结果表明,LMC定向凝固技术可以大幅度地细化组织,减小枝晶间距,优化γ′相,控制碳化物形态以及共晶量,减小宏观和微观偏析,进而增加合金的高温组织稳定性。
