Abstract研究了DZ411合金经900℃×10000h时效过程中的组织和持久性能的变化规律.长期时效后,合金中无有害TCP相形成。由于枝晶轴与间合金元素偏析的差异,导致的γ′尺寸差异仍然存在,且由于Ta和W在枝晶轴的偏聚障碍Al、Ti的扩散,造成900℃长期时效过程中DZ411合金中枝晶轴γ′粗化速度慢,而枝晶间γ′粗化速度快;枝晶轴与间的γ′粗化速度常数分别为:K轴=4.4E-5,K间=9.7E-5.随着γ′粗化,Orowan bowing临界剪切应力降低,合金980℃、190MPa持久寿命下降,900℃×10000h时效后持久寿命由标准热处理时的150h降至66h.
