Abstract在800~900 ℃长期(10000h)时效过程中,DZ417G合金中二次γ′强化相粗化长大,条块状MC碳化物发生分解反应:MC+γ→M23C6+γ′,且随时效温度升高和时效时间延长,MC碳化物分解程度增加,晶界析出相的尺寸增大.900℃长期时效导致γ′相数量减少,碳化物数量增多.合金经10000h长期时效后没有出现脆性的TCP相,仍然保持良好的室温拉伸性能。
