Abstract为了提高用DZ4125L合金生产涡轮叶片的合格率,本文研究了铸造叶片的热裂纹问题。确定了叶片的热裂纹主要是叶片中的串状疏松在热应力作用下开裂所致。从铸造工艺上采取了提高温度梯度和减少热应力的措施,并进行了批量实验,结果表明:对于特定的设备采用适当的工艺,可以解决DZ4125L合金在叶片生产中的热裂纹问题。
