热处理对NiAl-Cr(Mo)共晶合金组织及断裂韧性的影响

Abstract研究了高温热处理对NiAl-28Cr-5.55Mo-0.15Hf-0.25Ho-0.05Ca合金组织及断裂韧性的影响,结果发现热处理细化了相界及胞界处的Ni2AlHf相及富Ho相且使其分布更加均匀,增加NiAl和Cr(Mo)相之间的接触面积,促进了NiAl及Cr(Mo)相边缘锯齿状形貌的形成,增加了沿相界开裂在合金断裂方式中的比例,热处理对合金组织的改变有利于合金断裂韧性的提高。
