Mn-Cu耐候钢耐蚀性能与锈层特征

Abstract研究了Mn-Cu 耐候钢在模拟干湿交替环境下的腐蚀行为,采用极化曲线和交流阻抗谱方法研究了裸板电极和带锈电极的电化学行为,应用扫描电镜(SEM)观察锈层截面形貌,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子探针(EPMA) 和X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)手段对锈层进行结构和元素分析。结果表明,耐候钢表面锈层抑制阳极溶解,锈层很致密。铁锈由Fe3O4,α-FeOOH,β-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH 和大量的X 射线无定形相组成。XPS 结果表明,Cu 在耐候钢锈层中以CuFeO2形式存在;Mn 在钢锈蚀初期的存在形式是MnO,在后期为Mn3O4。Mn、Cu 在锈层内部协同作用,使其表面锈层有良好的阳离子选择性,提高了钢的抗大气腐蚀性能。
