超高强度钢超高周疲劳寿命与夹杂物尺寸及钢中氢浓度的关系

Abstract本文从线弹性断裂力学角度出发,得出外加疲劳应力幅、钢中的夹杂物尺寸及氢含量是影响超高强度钢在超高周疲劳条件下疲劳寿命的决定性因素,进而推导出了疲劳寿命Nf与钢中非金属夹杂物尺寸r0及钢中氢浓度CH的定量关系。对一种屈服强度约1750 MPa的JIS SCM435钢来说,当夹杂物尺寸减小为原来的约3/4时,同一外加应力幅下其疲劳寿命可提高为原来的10倍;当减小为原来的约0.6倍时,同一外加应力幅下其疲劳寿命可提高为原来的100倍。
