| Abstract | 本文研究了TC18钛合金的组织与性能之间的关系。在本文的热工艺条件下，珂以得到细小的β晶粒尺寸，β晶粒尺寸小于50μm；含完整β晶界的等轴组织合金，其强度达到最高，同时塑性也处于最低值。当完整β晶界有一定程度的破碎时，强度降低，而塑性得到大幅提高。为提高合金的塑性，综合匹配合金强韧性，破碎β晶界是必要的。 |
