新型铬锰氮抗磨蚀用钢的研制和应用

Abstract分析了金属组织硬度对抗磨蚀性能的影响,指出在硬度相近的条件下,奥氏体钢优于马氏体钢,亚稳奥氏体钢优于稳定奥氏体钢,降低层错能可增加抗磨蚀性能,以锰氮代镍可以降低层错能,提出铬锰氮系高强度高韧塑性低层错能亚稳奥氏体抗磨蚀用钢的新思路。新型铬锰氮钢与OCr13Ni5Mo相比,抗空蚀性提高6倍,耐磨性提高10%~40%,焊接性比OCr13Ni5Mo好得多。三门峡和葛洲坝叶片裙边和新疆红山嘴水轮机运行结果表明,新型铬锰氮钢抗磨蚀性能比OCr13Ni5Mo好得多,用于水力机械过流部件的制造,可大幅度延长大修周期。
