钛添加剂对无铬达克罗防护性能的影响

Abstract通过极化曲线、EIS等电化学手段研究了自制的钛添加剂对无铬达克罗涂层防护性能的影响。结果表明:1%添加剂量对提高涂层防护能力的提高具有明显的作用,延长了耐盐雾腐蚀时间。这是由于钛添加剂的加入使涂层具有更长的牺牲阳极保护时间以及较低的腐蚀电流,而大于或小于此值都不能提高防护性能。
