Abstract利用环-块滑动摩擦实验研究了各向同性热解炭材料(IPyC)与热处理40Cr钢配副在室温干态条件下的摩擦磨损行为。在载荷为80N情况下,各向同性热解炭的摩擦系数为0.08~0.11,体积磨损量为0.119~0.177mm3。在摩擦实验过程中,在试样表面形成了光滑完整的摩擦膜。研究结果表明各向同性热解炭材料是一种摩擦磨损性能优秀的机械密封材料。
