Abstract采用新型4椭球面反射镜红外聚焦浮区炉(FZ-T-12000-X-VP-S),利用光学浮区法(OFZ)成功生长出具有<100>、<110>、<111>晶体学取向的Ti-2448合金单晶体.结果表明:对Ti-2448合金,在无籽晶的情况下,通过晶粒的竞争生长,可以得到单晶:在具备籽晶情况下,当料棒转速为25 r-min-1、生长速率5~10 mm/h,温度梯度为30℃/mm时,可生长出具有籽晶取向的单晶,单晶体成分均匀,取向偏转小于2°.
