| Abstract | 采用光学悬浮区域定向凝固炉,对籽晶形状尺寸在TiAl合金引晶生长过程的影响进行了研究.试验以Ti-43Al-3Si合金为代表,选用了不同形状,不同大小的多晶体、单晶体做为其定向生长的籽晶.结果发现籽晶的形状、尺寸对合金的引晶生长起到至关重要的作用,控制不好往往容易导致引晶生长的失败.研究了这种影响的过程和原理,并提出了切实有效的消除工艺. |
