Abstract研究了热暴露温度和时间对SiC/Ti-22Al-26Nb复合材料界面反应区厚度的影响.结果表明,在800℃的复合材料界面反应区长大速率缓慢,反应区长大是由扩散控制的,符合公式x=kt1/2+x0.反应区长大速率常数与热暴露温度遵循Arrhenius定律。
