Other AbstractTi-47Al-2Cr-1.8Nb-0.15B-0.2W(at%)合金在α+γ两相区或α单相区经热挤压变形后,在1340℃(Tα+10℃)单相区热处理时很快获得全片层组织,随后以不同速率(dT/dt)冷却观察冷速对全片层显微组织的影响发现:由于Ti2B对全片层晶粒的钉扎作用,冷却速率(dT/dt)对晶粒尺寸影响不大,而且在冷却过程中,晶界处的硼化物有助于α相形核,减小了从α单相区冷却形成片层的过冷度,使冷却速率与片层间距(λ)的关系符合:λ=594(dT/dt)-1/2.
