元素镀层法制备TiAl基复合材料

Abstract采用磁控溅射法在SiC纤维表面交替溅射若干层纯Ti和纯Al,制备了Ti-Al元素镀层SiC复合丝.利用纯Ti和纯Al镀层的良好变形能力在800℃下制备了CVD法SiC纤维增强TiAl基复合材料.元素镀层之间的扩散反应基本完全,生成了以Ti-Al为主的金属间化合物.结果表明:该方法可以在较低温度下制得成分均匀的Ti-Al金属间化合物基复合材料,基体中的热应力裂纹以及基体与纤维之间的界面反应受到控制.
