Abstract镁合金由于其质量小,比铝轻,而且具有相当好的散热性、吸收振动性以及良好的电磁屏蔽性与机械加工性能等优势,成为当今最有发展前景的轻金属材料。本文对徽弧氧化技术的特点、工艺特性、扭化膜的性能指标等进行了分析,并结合本实验室的相应研究,阐述了制备防护性与功能性氧化膜的技术要点。
