新型CeO2改性低温渗铝涂层在模拟燃煤流化床中的冲蚀/腐蚀行为研究

Abstract利用Ni与CeO2纳米颗粒共电沉积在A3钢表面制备了一层纳米晶结构的Ni-CeO2复合膜(镍晶粒平均尺寸为60±38 nm),然后在6000℃扩散渗铝5小时获得一种新型CeO2改性的低温渗铝涂层.同时,在上述条件下制备了单镀镍渗铝涂层以及A3钢渗铝涂层作为对比.550℃~850℃模拟流化床燃煤环境中100 h冲蚀/腐蚀实验表明,Ni-CeO2复合膜渗铝涂层较单镀镍渗铝涂层和A3钢渗铝涂层具有更好的抗冲蚀/腐蚀能力.
