Abstract亚快速凝固是介于近平衡低速凝固和远离平衡的快速凝固之间,典型亚快速凝固的冷却速率范围为100-103K/s,在亚快速凝固区间,凝固体系的凝固组织形态、溶质元素分布及界面稳定性等重要特征发生显著变化。本文介绍了钢骨架状铁素体的形成,板条/类板条组织的形成机制,讨论了采用楔型缝隙结晶器研究了亚快速冷却速率及合金成分对奥氏体不锈钢组织的影响。
