Abstract本文系统研究了镀铬引起电站锅炉给水泵轴用钢(400r2MoV)含氢量的变化以及电镀渗氮对不同组织状态钢的缺口拉伸强度和缺口疲劳寿命的影响,对弄清泵轴的断裂失效的原因,指导和改进热处理及表面处理工艺是有意义的. 试验结果表明,电镀渗入钢中的氢主要存在于微观缺陷和夹杂物周围,在外应力的作用下,氢向泵轴尖角和沟槽处扩散,弱化发钢的晶粒边界面导致沿晶脆断.氢致损伤现象与钢的组织状态有关,低温回火钢的氢脆敏感性大于高温回火钢.
