环氢富铝/电镀复合涂层体系在3.5%Nacl中耐蚀性能的电化学研究

Abstract通过EIS研究了以A3碳钢为基体的环氧富铝/电镀复合涂层体系在3.5%Nacl中的防护性能,并与盐雾试验结果进行比较,同对研究了固化温度对体系耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:(1)复合体系比单一的涂层表现出优良的耐蚀性能,并远大于二者的简单加和,表现出明显的协同效应。(2)高固化温度明显提高环氧富铝/碳钢以及环氧富铝/电镀体系的防护性能。
