| Abstract | 面对飞速发展的信息化，科技期刊要增加信息含量，加快信息传播，大力运用信息技术手段，促进编辑工作现代化。通过引进科技期刊在线稿件处理系统，加快了投稿、审稿过程的速度，提高了编辑加工过程和管理的规范性，同时期刊网页的浏览量明显扩大，期刊的信息传播速度大大提高，最终的结果是期刊的竞争力得到提高。 |
