冷变形和敏化处理对 FeCrMn高氮不锈钢腐蚀性能的影响

Abstract研究了冷变形和敏化处理对无镍高氮不锈钢在3.5%NaCl和0.5MH2S04+0.5M Nacl溶液中腐蚀性能的影响.在3.5%NaCl溶液中,未敏化的大变形高氮钢钝化膜缺陷多、保护性能差,其抗蚀性下降明显.然而冷变形没有显著影响未敏化高氮钢在0.5M H2SO4+0.5MNaCl溶液中的抗蚀性.敏化后高氮钢在这两种溶液中的抗蚀性都随着冷变形量增大而下降.讨论了冷变形和敏化处理对高氮钢在这两种溶液中形成钝化膜性质的影响.
