水轮机抗空蚀磨损金属复层方法、材料和应用

Abstract在一般条件下,空蚀磨损状况是决定水轮机是否需要大修的主要因素,本文采用金属复层是水轮机表面防护以延长大修周期的主要措施。成功地应用Fe-Ni-Cr-B系的GBl系列焊条解决了水轮机空蚀及空蚀磨损联合作用问题,火焰喷焊Ni-Cr-B-Si等解决小型水轮机抗磨问题及超音速火焰喷涂碳化钨解决大中型水轮机抗磨损问题等.此外,还介绍了工程中也获得应用的其他复层方法。
