Pd/Nb40Ti30Ni30/Pd/多孔Ni支撑体复合膜的制备与氢渗透性能

Abstract本文采用压缩Ni粉并在氢环境中烧结还原处理的方法制备了多孔Ni支撑体;采用磁控溅射方法制备了Nb40Ti30Ni30合金膜,并利用XRD、SEM+EDS、TEM、DSC和纳米压痕等实验方法对膜性能进行表征,研究Nb40Ti30Ni30合金膜的成膜工艺。最后以Nb40Ti30Ni30合金为选择性渗透膜层,以多孔Ni为支撑体,采用磁控溅射方法制备了Pd/Nb40Ti30Ni30/Pd/多孔Ni支撑体复合膜,对其氢渗透性能进行测定,并与自支撑体渗透膜进行比较。
