温度对690合金在碱性溶液中电化学腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract本文利用动电位极化曲线、Mott-Schottky曲线测量和X光电子能谱研究了温度对690合金在0.15 M Na2SO4 + 0.04 M NaOH碱性溶液中电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:钝化电流和温度符合Arrhenius规律,钝化过程是一个热力学激活过程。升高温度会增加钝化膜的载流子密度,增强离子在膜内的扩散能力。100℃以上钝化膜呈双层结构,其厚度随温度的升高而增加。
