Abstract通过添加片状NiCrAlY合金颗粒,在不锈钢基体上制备出了抗热震性能优异的搪瓷-金属高温复合涂层.韧性颗粒增强增韧搪瓷基体为其主要的抗热震机理.复合材料的力学性能由于NiCrAlY的添加得到了极大的改善:当NiCrAlY添加量为30 wt.%时,其断裂韧性提高为单相搪瓷材料的2.1倍,能够更有效地抵抗热震条件下裂纹的扩展.
